Familia, we’re SO EXCITED to announce our Transform You Challenge! If you’re ready to level up your workouts, improve your consistency and reach your full potential, then sis, this 6 week challenge is for you!

What is the Transform You Challenge?

A 6 week program which starts on January 31st. This challenge is led by Krissy and you’ll be able to choose between beginner and intermediate levels. Beginner will consist of 3 x 35 min workouts a week and intermediate will be 4 x 45 min workouts a week. With only a pair of dumbbells needed for the whole plan, you can decide whether you prefer to sweat it out at the gym or from the comfort of your own home.

That’s why we’ve developed this plan to not only help you achieve your health and fitness goals, but to develop and reshape your mindset to empower you with the strength to transform you emotionally and mentally. What will the transform you challenge look like?

Each week we’ll cover a different theme to support you in your 6 week journey.

  • Week 1: In It Together | Feel supported on your journey, as you learn how to track your progress & schedule your workouts
  • Week 2: You’ve Got This! | Understand your why & how to use it to stay consistent
  • Week 3: Keep Moving  | We’ll fire up your motivation and encourage you to add in a workout from another trainer to keep you moving towards your goals
  • Week 4: Focus & Perform | Reflect on your why as we help you refocus your mindset
  • Week 5: Stronger Than Before | Understand how to fuel your body to increase your performance
  • Week 6: Finish Line | Celebrate your achievements & how far you’ve come

Through the weeks you’ll strengthen your foundations and understand your intrinsic motivations as you feel empowered to let nothing get in your way of you and your goals. From the start to the finish line, we’ll be encouraging you every step of the way.
