We (EvolveYou App Ltd) offer a subscription-based service. Subscriptions to the EvolveYou app will be auto-renewed on the first day of your next billing period without any renewal reminders.

The download and usage of the EvolveYou application is free of charge. In order to access all content and features the application offers, we offer both monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
Other currencies and subscriptions are set by Apple and Google directly. The EvolveYou Website also offers additional currencies, you may see different prices depending on your location of purchase. We reserve the right to add, remove or change plans and currencies.
You will be able to purchase an EvolveYou subscription via In-App purchases, an external platform such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other similar external Application Store. If you choose to subscribe via one of these platforms you are solely responsible for managing your subscription via your chosen external platform.
Any in-app purchase is subject to the terms and conditions specified by that provider. Transactions are processed securely through the payment gateway used by the Application Store provider. For any billing/payment related issue, you must liaise directly with the Application Store provider.
Any website subscription purchase is managed and billed by EvolveYou. All transactions are processed securely through our third party payment gateway, Stripe. All payment transactions are PCI compliant, this means we do not and will not store your payment card details.
You are responsible for notifying us of any change in your payment method. In the case of payment failure for any reason, we reserve the right to reattempt payment or cancel your subscription until we collect the full amount of your subscription.
Only new users are eligible for Free Trials. Your subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial will be set for a limited period as specified on the day of signing up. We reserve the right to remove or change the free trial period at any time. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically switch to a paid subscription, which will not be eligible for a refund. Once signed up, any unused free trials will not be eligible for extension.
You may cancel a subscription at any time with your cancellation becoming effective at the end of your current billing period. Once a cancellation has been successfully applied you will be notified by email and this will be reflected on the platform your subscription is held on. If this has not been received, your cancellation has not been successful.
The cancellation of a subscription is solely the responsibility of the account holder. The account holder will need to ensure the cancellation is placed on the appropriate platform - including EvolveYou Website, Apple App Store or Google Play Store. EvolveYou is not liable for any failure in the cancellation of a subscription, including any financial loss resulting in an automatic renewal due to it being incorrectly cancelled or not being cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal.
If you have multiple accounts or have subscribed via different platforms, you must ensure that each individual subscription is cancelled in the relevant way and via the relevant platform. This includes but is not limited to:
If any support is required during your cancellation then you are able to contact EvolveYou via the support page or email at least 72 hours before your renewal. Please note, contacting EvolveYou does not guarantee the cancellation of your subscription and it remains the account holder's responsibility to do this. EvolveYou are not liable for any charges incurred due to a failure to properly place a cancellation on a subscription, whilst awaiting a response.
Refunds will not be given prorated or otherwise, unless required by law to do so.

We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for the EvolveYou Service. Any changes to subscription prices will take effect no earlier than 30 days after we provide you with notice of such changes. We will notify you of any price changes by email.If you do not agree to the new subscription price, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time before the new price takes effect. Your continued use of the EvolveYou Service after the effective date of the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new subscription price.
We may offer promotional campaigns like special prices, student discounts, or additional free trials, from time to time. Those will be part of separate terms and conditions and it will be your responsibility to read and agree to those terms.
Occasionally EvolveYou will provide you with a discount code which can be used against a subscription and/ or order from the Store from the EvolveYou website. Our terms and conditions are as including but not excluding to the following:
By purchasing an EvolveYou Gift Card the purchaser agrees that the purchase is final and no refunds will be granted for the purchase.
An EvolveYou Gift Card can be used across any currency EvolveYou website regardless of the currency it was originally purchased in as long as it is used against the same subscription type. E.g monthly subscription to monthly subscription or yearly subscription to yearly subscription.
EvolveYou may offer Gift Cards which will require the holder of the Gift Card to redeem their gift card via the website and within a subscription. If paid for, the Gift Card is deemed to have been sold at the time of successful payment for the Gift Card.
All terms and conditions shall become applicable between EvolveYou and the holder of the Gift Card when the holder redeems the Gift Card by applying for a Subscription to commence.
A Gift Card may only be used once by its Holder and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or published either directly or indirectly in any form or stored in a data retrieval system without our prior written approval by EvolveYou.
In the scenario that the terms and conditions are voided EvolveYou reserves the right to withdraw or deactivate any Gift Card.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed through the EvolveYou Website and not through any other platform EvolveYou is available to subscribe from including App Store and/ OR Google Play to use your Gift Card, you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout and use of such code will be deemed to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and any special conditions attached to the Gift Card.
EvolveYou is not held responsible for any loss or misplacement of an EvolveYou gift card.
The use of lifetime discount codes or any other EvolveYou codes are not permitted to be used when checking out with an EvolveYou Gift Card.
While we give you the tools to incorporate fitness in your lifestyle, there is no guarantee that you will receive the same results as the ones being displayed through our social channels (transformations). You accept the risk that any fitness change, weight loss, or muscle building results differ from one individual to another.
Any testimonials or transformation pictures we share on social media have been approved by our actual clients but are not intended to guarantee any other individual will achieve the exact same results.
The EvolveYou app has been designed to help you incorporate fitness in your lifestyle and reach your goals. By subscribing to our service, you will have access to cardio workouts, weight-training, stretching sessions and other workouts, all designed by our in-house fitness trainer(s). However, any fitness or nutrition information/content provided in our App or through any of our official social media channels should not be taken as medical advice.
We do not hold any medical qualifications and cannot diagnose any medical conditions our subscribers may have. All our content is for information purposes only and should not substitute medical advice.

These provisions apply when you participate in the Prenatal Workouts or PostNatal Workouts offered by EvolveYou. If you do not agree to these provisions, you must not participate in the Prenatal Workouts or PostNatal Workouts.
Specifically, when participating in any of the Prenatal Workouts or PostNatal Workouts, you represent, warrant and acknowledge the following:
On occasion EvolveYou may choose to run in person events. The tickets available to go to an EvolveYou event will be available via a ticketing platform chosen by EvolveYou. .
To receive a ticket to an event the buyer will need to complete the checkout process successfully via the chosen ticket platform. EvolveYou will not be responsible for any failure of receiving confirmation information or any other information connected to the event.
EvolveYou reserves the right to amend or cancel the Event at any time this may include:
In the scenario that a cancellation will need to occur EvolveYou will communicate this via email. EvolveYou will also issue full refunds for any paid tickets. The refund will arrive back to the buyer based on the timeframes provided by the used ticket platform.
EvolveYou is not responsible for any further costs that have been incurred to the buyer in the preparation or aftermath of any EvolveYou event.
