At EvolveYou we pride ourselves on making fitness accessible to ALL women. No matter your age, level or lifestyle, whoever you are, whatever your background you’re from, we have something for you. That's why we’ve created this guide to help you understand and choose the best program to suit your needs and your goals, so that you feel your best, reach your full potential and get the results you deserve.

WHAT’S YOUR GOAL? 

When it comes to choosing your program a great place to start is knowing and understanding what your goal is. Perhaps you want to get fitter, gain muscle or maybe you just want a plan to help you stay consistent. Clarify your goals first, as then it will be easier to choose your plan. All our programs contain descriptions which outline what the program aims to achieve to help you decide which is best for you.

KNOW YOUR LEVEL

Understanding what your level is is key when it comes to choosing the right program for you. You want your program to give you the right amount of challenge so that you progress, but not too much so that it puts you off! So a good place to start is to know the level you’re at now. You can do this by asking yourself questions like, are you new to exercise? How long have you been training for? Are you comfortable with certain exercise movements and equipment? 

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to read the description of the program along with choosing the level which is right for you. Our programs offer a range of levels from Beginner all the way through to Expert. We really are suitable for all levels! What’s more is many of our programs offer a benchmark workout at the start. This will help you get a feel for the style of the program and level, so you can decide whether it’s the right fit for you. 

WHAT’S YOUR FLAVOUR?

Chocolate and mint please, but when it comes to working out, we really do have a range of styles and flavours to suit everyone! From weights, to mid morning flows, we have a style of training and trainer to suit you. To really help you decide we’ve broken down our programs by trainer to help you get a feel for what you fancy, because wherever you’re at, we’re here to help you move forward on your journey.

KRISSY CELA

Strong

Get stronger and more confident with Krissy Cela’s signature program, Strong.

Combining hypertrophy and strength training with progressive overload, this program is designed to help you lift heavier, move better, and feel unstoppable - no matter your experience level.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits, there’s a phase for you.

Time: 45-60 mins 

Sessions: 3-5 per week 

Length: 67 weeks

Strong Lower Body

Take your lower body training to the next level with a program designed to amplify your lifts, boost your power, and develop your glutes.

Expect compound movements, progressive overload, and targeted accessory work to enhance your muscle development and performance.

This is your blueprint for success, structured to help you move efficiently, lift heavier, and achieve visible strength gains.

Sessions: 4-5 per week

Length: 16 weeks

Strong Express

No time? No problem.

Strong Express is designed for those who want to build strength and fitness in just 30 minutes - without compromising results. Using combinations of supersets, tri-sets, and circuits to maximise efficiency, we'll ensure you still get the most out of every workout.

Expect a mix of strength, endurance, and mobility work that keeps you challenged and engaged. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, all you need is a pair of dumbbells and the drive to push yourself. It’s time to make every minute count!

Time: 30 mins

Sessions: 3 per week 

Length: 8 weeks

Back to Action

Are you returning to the gym after a break, recovering from an injury or looking to regain momentum? Then Back to Action is the program for you.

Rebuild strength, consistency, and confidence with this structured 8-week program designed to get you back into a solid training routine.

Each week you’ll enjoy a 3-day full body split designed to help you build back both your strength and healthy habits. Work through Krissy's favourite compound moves, combined with progressive overload, along with an extra abs and a cardio day, to help you strengthen your core and increase your overall fitness.

Back to Action ensures a sustainable, effective return to fitness while keeping you motivated and on track.

Strong Home

Achieve powerful results from the comfort of your home with a structured, progressive program designed to fit into your lifestyle.

Strong Home uses minimal equipment to deliver high-impact strength workouts, focusing on muscular endurance and functional fitness.

Designed for users who may be new to strength training or those looking to build muscle outside the gym, this program provides expert guidance, varied workout structures, and a clear path to progress - so you can train anytime, anywhere and achieve incredible results.

Redefined

Redefine will elevate your training and transform the way you approach fitness.

This progressive program blends Krissy’s signature compound movements and her favourite power, core and unilateral exercises to help you sculpt lean muscle, increase power, and challenge your body like never before.

Expect a well-structured split that targets all major muscle groups while focusing on movement efficiency, endurance, and strength.

A game-changing approach to strength training, Redefined is all about pushing past plateaus and unlocking your full potential.

Sculpt It

Sculpt It is a fast-paced, circuit-based program from Krissy Cela.

Challenge your cardio and sculpt lean muscle by completing as many rounds as possible within a set time.

Workouts are kept under 30 minutes and require minimal equipment, making it the perfect choice for busy schedules while delivering noticeable results.

Each session is designed to push your limits, boost your metabolism, and leave you feeling stronger and more energised.

MADDIE DE JESUS-WALKER

Build

In true Maddie style, you'll also focus on core, cardio, HIIT & LISS days or 'finishers', creating the 'after burn' effect, allowing your body to continue to burn calories at an elevated rate even after your gym session.
