When it comes to choosing your program a great place to start is knowing and understanding what your goal is. Perhaps you want to get fitter, gain muscle or maybe you just want a plan to help you stay consistent. Clarify your goals first, as then it will be easier to choose your plan. All our programs contain descriptions which outline what the program aims to achieve to help you decide which is best for you.
Understanding what your level is is key when it comes to choosing the right program for you. You want your program to give you the right amount of challenge so that you progress, but not too much so that it puts you off! So a good place to start is to know the level you’re at now. You can do this by asking yourself questions like, are you new to exercise? How long have you been training for? Are you comfortable with certain exercise movements and equipment?
Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to read the description of the program along with choosing the level which is right for you. Our programs offer a range of levels from Beginner all the way through to Expert. We really are suitable for all levels! What’s more is many of our programs offer a benchmark workout at the start. This will help you get a feel for the style of the program and level, so you can decide whether it’s the right fit for you.

Krissy believes that working out is essential to not only a healthy body, but for a healthy and happy mind. With Krissy you can expect to build physical and mental strength, increase your confidence, as you create structure and long-term healthy habits.
Ideal for: Those who want to get stronger, feel fitter and increase confidence, Krissy’s signature program is perfect for those wanting to build a solid strength foundation inside the gym.
