Emily has always been an active individual with a deep love for movement. Growing up immersed in sports, physical activity naturally became an integral part of her life. With a yoga teacher for a mum, she was surrounded by the practice from an early age, observing her mother’s passion and dedication to teaching. Inspired by this, Emily decided to follow in her footsteps and become a qualified yoga instructor herself. As she began her yoga journey, she found herself drawn to a more functional style of practice, blending elements from various yoga disciplines. This approach complemented her love for the gym, where she developed a strong appreciation for the role of recovery, mobility, and yoga in enhancing overall training performance. In 2011, Emily and her mum opened their own yoga studio in North London. Over the past decade, Emily has trained countless clients, finding immense joy in watching them progress and transform through their practice. Her style is anything but conventional—Emily loves injecting fun and creativity into her sessions, making yoga approachable and empowering for everyone.
Emily is highly qualified, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, a Level 3 Personal Trainer certification, and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage.
