"Where control meets power, Pilates meets strength"

Her story

Krsna’s love of sport began from the young age of three with gymnastics. Always active growing up, Krsna expanded her passion for movement as she then went on to practise martial arts and finally track, during her later school years. A combination of the need to be more athletic and stronger for track, as well as being naturally slim, Krnsa started strength training with the aim of improving her performance and building muscle. Every morning she would wake up early to get a gym session in before school, however, the constant competing and discipline required for track took its toll on her mental health, so Krsna decided to take a step back and prioritise her well-being. It was during this time that she discovered pilates and quite quickly she fell in love with the slow, controlled movements that not only enhanced her physical strength, but allowed her to regulate her stress levels. Feeling the profound physical and mental impacts of pilates, Krsna became determined to help other women experience the same benefits. After training as a nutritionist and personal trainer, Krsna began creating a holistic program to help clients around the world lead healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives. And that’s why we couldn’t be more excited to introduce Krsna to the EvolveYou community, as she brings her expertise, wealth of knowledge and holistic approach to her brand new program Pilates X Strength.

Training Strength and Pilates Hybrid is a great balance - a combination of bringing the strength and resilience to the mindful and restorative components of pilates.

Sports has always played a key part in Krsna's fitness journey; from gymnastics at age 4 to training in Muay Thai and competing in track in 8th grade which continued into high school!

Pilates x Strength

Introducing our brand new Pilates x Strength program by Krsna. An 8-week hybrid program, combining the precision of pilates along with full body strength sessions to carve out a stronger, healthier and more defined you. Guided by Krsna, you’ll flow through three weekly on-demand mat pilates sessions, and two minimal equipment strength workouts, to ensure you establish a deeper mind to muscle connection while enhancing your mental and physical strength. Open to any level, this 8 week program allows you the flexibility to train in a way that suits you best. Nourish your body and align your mind with movement that works to empower you.
