Welcome to the ultimate fitness face-off of the summer! Introducing the Summer Games, a three-week challenge designed to ramp up your results as you build better habits. Here’s all you need to get started and perhaps, end your summer with a sizzling getaway to Paris!

What’s the Summer Challenge All About?

This year, the Summer Games is your ticket to peak fitness. Choose from 4 trainers—Krissy, Maddie, Saman, or Charlotte— select your three-week challenge and test your limits! Whatever your level and wherever you like to work out, this summer we’ve got you covered.

✍️ How to Join the Fun

Signing up is a breeze! Just head to the EvolveYou dashboard between June 3rd and June 10th, pick your champion trainer, and you’re set. Remember, the early bird gets the worm; late sign-ups aren’t allowed.

🎯 The Game Plan

Each week, you’ll tackle four main workouts lasting 45-60 minutes each, with an optional day for Cardio/HIIT/Mobility to keep things spicy. Commit to your challenge (your main workouts), stay consistent and not only will you level up your results, but you’ll also be in for a chance to win a dreamy weekend in Paris for you and a plus one! 

⭐️ Rewards That Keep on Giving

Stay consistent, and you’ll not only head towards your goals, but you’ll also collect stars and badges. Each workout you complete will earn you a star and each completed workout week amps up your chance to win the grand prize— as you’ll win a badge, more badges, more chances!

Meet Your Trainers and Their Challenge


Krissy:

Dive into Krissy’s signature strength training with minimal equipment. Enjoy your favourite compound movements with high reps aimed to help you build muscle, elevate your confidence and get your sweat on. Feeling good doesn’t have to be complicated, that’s why Krissy’s challenge is all about stripping it back to the fundamentals with workouts that guarantee results. 

Equipment: Barbell, dumbbells, mat and occasional kettlebell

Where: Home or Gym

Saman:

Dive into fun, challenging and high energy circuits, perfect to sculpt your physique and unleash your true fitness potential.  With every workout Saman’s combines an effective mix of cardio, strength and endurance, helping you to develop your strength and increase your power and agility from wherever you like to work out. 

Equipment: Dumbbells, chair, exercise mat, resistance band

Where: Home or Gym

Charlotte:

Embrace a CrossFit-inspired regime in the gym with a complete set of gear from barbells to rowers as you push your boundaries and embrace this opportunity for growth, Designed to help you conquer both the gym and everyday life, these functional hybrid workouts will challenge you like never before, as you move through a blend of strength, cardio and endurance based metcons, AMRAPs and EMOMS. 

Equipment: Barbell, dumbbells, box, kettlebells, assault bike, SkiErg, sled push/pull, pull-up bar, medicine ball, bench, rower

Where: Gym

Maddie:

Feel the burn as Maddie’s summer challenge is based on the core elements of her ultimate Build program. Enjoy sweaty, fast-paced and strength based circuits as you burn fat, feel great and maintain lean muscle all summer long. 

Equipment: Resistance band, dumbbell, box, kettlebell, barbell, pull up bar, treadmill, stairmaster, med ball, bench, box

Where: Gym

Now Here Are Your Need-to-Know Details

⏸️ Program Pause: Given the intensity, your current program will be paused so you can fully engage with the Summer Games.

💡 Trainer Switch: Decide on your trainer wisely! You can switch trainers during the sign-up phase, but once it closes, your choice is locked in.

💪🏽 Workout Space: Depending on your trainer, workouts can be done either at home or in the gym.
