Throughout October we’ll be dropping a brand new, fiery workout everyday in-app.
Whether you’re looking to switch up your typical routine, explore a new training style or want to add workouts to your current program; Droptober is completely optional and a great way to connect with the rest of our community!
Where can I find the daily workouts?
Each day a brand new workout will appear on your dashboard, just click on the tab to complete!
Do I need to sign up to take part?
Droptober will be available to all community members and will automatically show up on your dashboard, there’s no need to opt in.
What equipment do I need?
Each workout will be different and whilst most require minimal equipment (dumbbells) there are a few which require additional equipment. These can be completed as programmed or you can modify them as needed.

If there is an exercise you’re unable to complete you can use the suggested alternative exercise or you can search for an exercise of your choice to replace this.
How long will these workouts take?
Workouts will take between 10-45 minutes depending on the day.
We’ll be sharing an overview each Sunday for the upcoming weeks’ workouts on our socials and in the community forum so you can see what is coming up!
Do I need to complete these workouts on top of my program?
These workouts are entirely optional and so it’s completely up to you which ones (if any) that you complete. These can be completed alongside your program or in place of, the choice is yours!
Remember to listen to your body and ensure that you’re giving yourself adequate rest time.
Which trainers are taking part?
As part of Droptober we’ll be sharing a brand new workout each day from either Krissy, Saman, Maddie, Charlotte or Mia.
Interested in trying a different trainer’s workouts? This is the perfect opportunity!
What if I don’t want to complete these workouts?
Droptober is completely optional, so you can continue following your usual workouts as normal. These workouts are an alternative should you wish to try something different.
